On today’s show, I explore what a deeper understanding of what the Republican Party really is. HINT: It’s not part of the “uniparty.” It’s not just an idea. It’s a cohesive network of organizations from the local level to the national level, comprised almost entirely of volunteers, designed with the sole purpose of electing Republicans.
The common theme of the show is the danger of being emotionally manipulated into hate, which is the objective of much of the PSYOPs on the political right and left.
Today, one party is really consumed with and motivated primarily by hatred, and the other is demonstrating a stark contrast. I look at how, specifically, that has manifested over just the last few days.
I also examine one part of Trump’s interview with Joe Rogan that was of particular interest to me, where Trump very candidly discussed how he has made personnel decisions.
The bottom line is we need to insist on being good. We need to guard our hearts against all forms of hatred and call out those who incite it on our side.
We have one week left. Let’s leave it all on the field.
Ep. 18: The party of love vs the party of hate
